My experience at RX Automotive was, and it always has been very pleasant, satisfactorily, and fair. Pete, the new addition to the staff, makes a good team with Diego. Pet is lucky to have Diego as a mentor. I appreciate that they made time to fit me in, as I called the night before. Thank you very much.

I appreciate knowing that if and when my car decides to have an issue like smoke pouring out from under the hood, I can come to RX like an emergency room for cars and Diego can diagnose and correct the situation! After all of the years that I have been working with RX Automotive, this was my first and I hope last situation like this, but happy to know they are here to help!

I am always pleased with the service I receive at RX.

Don’t waste your time with these guys. They scheduled an appointment for my car to just sit in their parking lot all day. Didn’t tell me they didn’t have time to get to it, wasting my only day off to get my car fixed. Took it to Midas. Midas got it done when they said it would get done and didn’t waste my time like RX, probably got it done for cheaper too.

Everything went well except I was originally told to bring the car there in the morning but the day before I got a text telling me to bring it at 2:06pm. I replied asking for clarification and got an all caps text back saying to bring it in the morning. It was confusing.

the team at RX are awesome. I have been bringing all of my cars and trucks to them for years now. they do a wonderful job and their pricing is always fair. they are also a great group of technicians.

I had some work done on my personal vehicle and the price was right and the service was one of the best I have ever experienced with a shop, I found my go to shop and I will be telling everyone I know about them. Thank you Diego De Luna and crew for such great work and experience.
